Hi, I'm Amanda, founder of On The Way Enterprises.
My leadership journey has taken me from frontline operations to executive leadership, having served in both Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer roles. Along the way, I discovered a consistent pattern: when leaders, their teams, and their systems work together, organizations stabilize. Stability allows for growth.
I founded On The Way Enterprises because I believe every organization deserves the clarity, consistency, and care needed to thrive. Whether I'm developing leaders, streamlining operations, or building sustainable systems, my goal is to partner with you to equip your organization to fulfill your mission more effectively.
I hold a Master's degree in Executive Leadership, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and SHRM-CP certification.
