Hi, I'm Amanda, founder of On The Way Enterprises.
My leadership journey has taken me from frontline operations to executive leadership, serving as both an Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer. Along the way, I discovered a consistent pattern: when leaders align people, systems, and execution, organizations don't just grow, they stabilize, scale, and operate with confidence.
I founded On The Way Enterprises because I believe every organization deserves the clarity, consistency, and care needed to thrive. Whether I'm helping leaders develop their teams, streamline operations, or build sustainable systems, my goal is to equip organizations to fulfill their mission more effectively.
I hold a Master's degree in Executive Leadership, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and SHRM-CP certification.
