About the Founder
Founder and CEO, Amanda Carrin, started On The Way Enterprises to meet a need she discovered when serving as a Chief People Officer with Chick-fil-A.

Building and maintaining an intentional Leadership Development and Systems Growth approach is important, but it is also time intensive. My goal is to come alongside business owners to help them define and refine their Leadership Development and Systems Growth practices. We want to reduce the barriers they encounter so they can recapture their time, and focus on achieving the mission they’ve set forth for their organization.”
Amanda holds a Master’s Degree of Executive Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration. As a former operations leader turned people leader, she understands the many moving pieces of the business. Experienced in working with both frontline employees and executives, she knows how important it is to have strong systems that promote care. She is a systems-oriented thinker that values integrity, stewardship, and mindful leadership practices.
