About the Founder
On The Way Enterprises was founded by Amanda Carrin, an operations-driven executive and people strategist with experience spanning frontline operations, executive leadership, and organizational transformation.
Amanda’s leadership journey—from early operational roles to serving as a Chief People Officer with Chick-fil-A—revealed a consistent pattern: when leaders align people, systems, and execution, organizations don’t just grow; they stabilize, scale, and operate with confidence.
She founded On The Way Enterprises to help organizations create that alignment intentionally—bringing clarity to how work gets done, consistency to how teams are led, and care to how people experience their roles.
Today, Amanda leads On The Way Enterprises while also serving as the Interim Chief Operating Officer for a Florida-based management firm that oversees multiple organizations across the state, including a charter school system and workforce development initiatives. In both capacities, she works at the intersection of operations and people—reducing friction, strengthening infrastructure, and helping leaders reclaim time for what matters most.
With experience spanning frontline execution to executive strategy, Amanda understands organizational growth from the inside out. She holds a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and SHRM-CP certification. Known for blending structure with care, she helps leaders build systems that truly support both people and performance. The result is less guesswork, fewer fires, and organizations equipped to grow with purpose rather than pressure.
