About the Founder
Amanda Carrin founded On The Way Enterprises after seeing a pattern throughout her leadership journey—including her time as a Chief People Officer with Chick-fil-A: when teams lack intentional leadership development and system growth, the same challenges keep showing up.
“Leaders and organizations today are pulled in a thousand directions. Time is one of the most limited resources—and yet, the need to build strong leadership and scalable systems has never been greater.

Amanda holds a Master’s in Executive Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and SHRM-CP certification. With experience spanning frontline operations to executive strategy, she understands the full landscape of organizational growth.
